During certain periods, prices may vary from the above depending on the number of bedrooms required. Certain weekends may incur an additional charge.

Prices include: Bed linen, towels, hot water, electricity and gas. Central heating when required. Broadband connection by WiFi and cable. One cot and one highchair (please bring your own cot bedding). Please see Accommodation section for full details of the contents of the house.

Please note:

- We are a non-smoking establishment and, with allergy sufferers in mind, we do not accept pets.
- We do not accept bookings from parties of young singles.
- We strongly recommend the use of holiday insurance.
- St. Christophers will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected, and ready by 3 pm on arrival day.

Deposit & balance payment: 25% deposit by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer. There is a charge of 1.5% for payment by credit/debit card (2% if from outside the U.K.) Further details will be provided when availability is confirmed. The balance should be received by us six weeks before your arrival date.
